The Kind Tickets has been a satisfied customer of Megabyte's since 1998. We have customized industry
inventory software that must be shared real time with 2 satellite offices. Our current network has about
10 stations and 4 stations in our satellite offices. In my business it is imperative that our system is
functioning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Megabyte has been instrumental in assuring our success.
They are experts at trouble shooting a problem and coming up with an immediate short or long term
solution. They coordinate our hardware needs with our software supplier and any wireless or T-1 cable
suppliers so we can spend our time on generating revenue instead of wasting our time on technical issues.
As a business owner I can sleep comfortably at night knowing the Megabyte has my back. My advice to
anyone that has a network, custom software or connectivity issues, would be to set up a service contract
with Megabyte and let the experts there supply you with the hardware and expertise that we have come to
rely on. I started my business in 1988 and had to become computerized shortly after this. The biggest
obstacle was finding an honest, reliable expert to create and service this need. After going through
several fly by night companies some how we stumbled across Megabyte and they were the answer to our
problems. They are the best and we would not know what to without them. We look forward to several more
